What the app records

After ChatGPT sign-in, the app receives a site-specific user identifier and email. It stores submitted profiles, mission requests, support messages, feedback, community preferences and service updates. If payment is activated, it records merchant order identifiers, payment status, amount and currency. It never collects card numbers.

Why it is used

To provide your workspace, respond to requested services, manage delivery and security, and record your optional community preferences. Essential account/service processing and optional community participation must be assessed separately under the applicable legal basis before full commercial activation.

Providers and access

ChatGPT supplies sign-in; Sites/Cloudflare host application processing and storage. The Commander can review submitted records. AI review is currently disabled. When enabled, a Commander-selected brief is sent to the configured Google Gemini API; do not include sensitive data. Paid checkout, when enabled, sends your email and site user ID to Lemon Squeezy for order matching.

Choices and rights

Export your records from your workspace. Submit access, correction or deletion requests as support requests or by email. Community participation is optional and can be withdrawn. Feedback is private unless publication permission is separately obtained. No mailing-list subscription is created.

Retention and transfers

Records currently remain until an authorized deletion is processed; no automated retention deletion is configured. Hosting and providers may process data outside your country. Controller identity, retention schedule, legal bases and any required transfer safeguards must be confirmed before collecting sensitive or regulated data.

Cookies and marketing

The application adds no advertising pixels or advertising cookies. Sign-in and hosting may use essential platform mechanisms. Referral source labels may be included with a submitted enquiry. The calculator runs in your browser without sending its inputs to the server.
