The diagnostic is free to download for your own business use. Workspace registration and scope requests create no payment or recurring subscription commitment. Do not resell the resource or imply endorsement.

Paid engagements

A written proposal must identify the contracting seller, contact details, deliverables, exclusions, total price and taxes, payment schedule, delivery timing, revision allowance, acceptance process and cancellation/refund terms. Those terms must be presented before payment. No blanket waiver of statutory rights applies.

Delivery and disputes

For an agreed service, report defects against the acceptance criteria through your workspace. Cancellation and refund requests are reviewed under the accepted terms and applicable law. This notice does not replace required consumer pre-contract information.

Results and responsibility

Value estimates are scenarios. Actual results depend on input quality, customer adoption, costs and market conditions. No earnings or savings are guaranteed. AI-generated material requires review; do not submit credentials or sensitive third-party data.
