Quick start / user manual
One project.
Four clear steps.
AutonomaX by AIKAGAN helps organize your project into structured AI workflows after intake. Your team keeps control of the important decisions.
For customers
1. Choose a service & submit a brief
You do: Open Services, choose the closest offer and select “Scope my…” to sign in. In Project brief, describe the repetitive task, current process, desired result, budget and deadline. Name the person on your team who will review outputs.
You should see: A saved confirmation and “Your brief is saved” at the top. Your chosen service is included in the request. A business profile is optional; you can submit a brief first.
Next: Open Review. Saving a brief starts a scope discussion; it does not charge you or run automation.
Submit my first brief →2. Review scope & make decisions
You do: Read project updates and each requested checkpoint. Check what is included, the evidence and the proposed option before deciding.
- Approve: Accept the specific scope or output shown.
- Decline: Do not accept it. Use Support to explain the change you need.
- Select: Choose one of the supplied alternatives.
You should see: Your recorded decision, date and selected option where relevant. Decisions cannot be overwritten. Requests expire after seven days; ask for a new review if the scope changes or time runs out.
Who presses the buttons? Your designated responsible person, using the account that submitted the mission. Separate teammate accounts cannot approve that mission yet. We do not supply a human approver as part of this interface.
If nothing appears: Your brief remains saved. Return for a response or ask a question in Support. Approval itself does not execute an external workflow.
Open Review →3. Access kits & follow delivery
You do: Download the free diagnostic whenever useful. If you want the separate Outcome Launch Kit, check checkout availability. Read the final merchant price before paying.
You should see: The purchased-kit download only after payment is verified. If checkout says it is unavailable, paid ordering has not been activated; you can still use the free kit and submit a project brief.
For custom services: Price, implementation and delivery dates are agreed in your project scope. Project updates appear under Review. Buying a toolkit does not buy custom automation.
Open Kits & delivery →4. Get support & improve the outcome
You do: Ask a question, report a problem or share your results under Support. Include the project name or request ID. Compare the delivered result with your original target.
You should see: Your request in history. Responses appear in Review and history when posted. You can export your records and optionally join the founding interest register.
Next: Agree improvements after the first result is measured. The suggested Day 0/2/7/14/30 review cadence becomes a commitment only when included in the scope.
Open Support →For the business owner only
Commander has a separate four-stage workflow.
Customers use My workspace. The owner can open Commander after signing in with the configured owner account.
- Inbox: Read the customer mission in Request history. Copy its ID. Reply using that request ID; the response appears in the customer's workspace.
- Decisions: Paste the mission ID into “Request a customer decision.” Enter the exact scope and evidence. Leave options empty for Approve / Decline, or add one option per line. The customer then decides in Review. “Record decision” below it is your internal milestone log.
- Resources: Check which integrations are configured. Request an AI draft only when the provider is activated. A draft is not completed production.
- Operations: Record actual costs and create the day's departmental agenda. Scheduled dates and agenda items are saved records; they do not launch background work.
Change or remove intake information
Open My workspace → Project brief → Manage submitted intake. Choose the saved entry. Remove unwanted parts of the text and select Save edited information, choose Cancel entire mission to retain its history, or Delete intake entry to remove it and its linked workspace information. Each action asks you to confirm. Use Clear unsent draft for text you have not submitted.
Editing closes pending reviews. Cancellation does not issue a refund or stop an external service. Payment records and previously exported copies remain separate; ask through Support for broader privacy requests.
If you feel stuck
Where do I start if I do not know which service fits?
Download the free diagnostic, then describe the task in Project brief. You can discuss the final service scope after intake.
Does clicking the next stage complete the previous one?
No. Stage navigation only changes the view. Saved requests, recorded decisions and verified payments are the evidence of activity. The Next action panel helps you find the next useful place to look.
Why can I not see an approval or a download?
An approval must be requested for a mission owned by your signed-in account. A paid download requires a verified paid kit order. Check your account, then use Support if the expected item is missing.
Will changing stages erase my draft?
No, switching stages keeps your unsent text while this page stays open. Submit it to save it durably. Reloading or leaving the page can discard unsent text.
Is this an automatic revenue or delivery engine?
The current workspace saves intake, decisions, updates and supported kit orders. External integrations require configuration and a scoped implementation. No income or delivery result is implied by viewing a dashboard.
